  1. I want to open BO account (Demat) account

You have to fill a form that you can download from https://www.ddkc.com.np/uploads/source/forms/deepshikha_demataccount_opening_form.pdf (you can also collect forms physically from our offices) and submit it to us with your citizenship certificate copy (birth certificate copy if applicable) and pp size photo in any of our branches. You have to pay Rs. 150 as opening charge. There after you have to pay Rs 100/ Fiscal year. (* Applicant must be Self Present)

  1. I want to open Broker (Trading) Account

You have to fill a form that you can download from https://www.ddkc.com.np/uploads/source/forms/deepshikha_individual_kyc_form.pdf  (you can also collect forms physically from our offices) and submit it to us with your citizenship certificate copy (birth certificate copy if applicable) and a pp size photo in any of our branches. You will pay no charges for this.

  1. I want to convert my offline broker trading status to online

You have to fill an agreement form (with signature in each page) that you can download from https://www.ddkc.com.np/uploads/source/forms/online_tms_trading_agreement.pdf   (you can also collect forms physically from our offices) and submit it to us with your citizenship certificate copy (birth certificate copy if applicable) in any of our branches.

  1. I want to claim my sales proceeds

Please send your full name, client code, bank details, date of sales and sold script and quantity to sujan.pathak@ddkc.com.np , call us in and sent a SMS to 9847693747.

  1. I want to pay my purchase bills.
    You can pay us to your TMS account if you are an online client by clicking in buy information (you can find it in fund settlement option within fund management in TMS) and proceed accordingly. You can also pay net of your recent sales amount by clicking in net settlement option.You can find us in within capital market broker lists (where you just have to select us and fill your details). You can also find us in esewa.

  1. I want to renew my demat (BO) account (annual maintenance fee)

You can deposit required amount into our any of the bank accounts that are mentioned in www.ddkc.com.np. Or Pay through khalti or esewa or connect ips. In normal time (After lockdown) you can visit our any of the branches for the purpose. You have to send the bank deposit voucher copy to narayan.limbu@ddkc.com.np or barsha.subedi@ddkc.com.np . Fee is Rs. 100/per fiscal year. If want to renew meroshare online facility you have to pay additional Rs 50/per year.

  1. I want to renew my meroshare account

You can deposit required amount into our any of the bank accounts that are mentioned in www.ddkc.com.np. Or Pay through khalti or esewa or connect ips. In normal time (After lockdown) you can visit our any of the branches for the purpose. You have to send the bank deposit voucher copy to narayan.limbu@ddkc.com.np or barsha.subedi@ddkc.com.np . Fee is Rs. 50/ year. You have to clear annual maintenance fee of Rs 100/ fiscal year before meroshare online, otherwise please include the amount also.

  1. I have a demat BO account (demat account) there. I want to register my BO (demat) account in meroshare online.

You have to fill a form that you can download from https://ddkc.com.np/uploads/source/forms/online-form.pdf  & submit it to us with your citizenship certificate copy. Application charge is Rs 50. You can deposit Or Pay through khalti or esewa or connect ips. In normal time (After lockdown) you can visit our any of the branches for the purpose. You have to send the bank deposit voucher copy to narayan.limbu@ddkc.com.np or barsha.subedi@ddkc.com.np .
